Seasoned Potato Wedges With Dip

this is quick to make but it takes 45 minutes in the oven... for people that like Hot and Spicy add some red pepper to the mix...
Ingredients:
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 teasp. paprika
3 large baking potatoes, each cut into 8 wedges
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
( optional ) red pepper to taste
dip
1 16-ounce carton dairy sour cream....( 2 cups)
8 slices crispy cooked bacon
1/2 teasp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. chopped fresh chives
Directions:
1. in a 9-inch pie plate... stir together flour, cheese, and paprika.
2. dip potatoes into the milk, then coat with flour mixture
3. put on a 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan
4. drizzle potatoes with melted butter
5. bake in 400' F oven for 45 - 50 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender and browned.... turn potatoes over after about 25 minutes...
6. ...........................................................
7. while the potatoes are baking in a medium bowl ...stir together all dip ingredients
8. ..........................................................
9. serve hot potatoes with dip.
