Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bring a large pot of water to boil with salt (just enough water to cover the beans).
  2. Break the stem end off the fresh bean and wash.
  3. Blanch the beans approximately 3 minutes or until bright green.
  4. Pour the beans in a strainer and drain well.
  5. Rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  6. Melt the margarine in a large skillet with medium high heat.
  7. Add the green beans and seasonings.
  8. Stir-fry the beans, mixing well with the seasonings, until tender crisp.
  9. Taste and adjust seasonings, if needed.
  10. Note: Serve immediately.
