Seasoned Garlic Gravy

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan, saute garlic in butter until tender.
  2. Stir in the flour, poultry seasoning and pepper; gradually add broth.
  3. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1-2 minute or until thickened.
