Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spray large skillet with cooking spray then heat over medium heat until hot.
  2. Sauté vegetables until crisp tender about 10 minutes.
  3. Add herbs and red pepper then cook 2 minutes longer.
  4. Add broth to skillet and heat to boiling then reduce heat and simmer covered 20 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
