Ingredients:

  • 12 oz spanish chorizo ( cured sausage) , cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices

Directions:

  1. Cook the chorizo, stirring occasionally, in a large skillet over medium-high, until browned, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from skillet with a slotted spoon and serve warm with toothpicks.
