espresso, cold (or strong decaf coffee), coffee ice cream (or vanilla ice cream with 5 tsp. instant decaf coffee granules mixed in), ice, milk, heavy cream , whipped, ground cinnamon

red seedless grapes or 1 cup seedless black grapes, strawberry (fresh or frozen ), fresh ginger, peeled (to taste), low-fat vanilla yogurt (or a similar amount of soy milk if a vegan smoothie is needed) or 1/2 cup low-fat strawberry yogurt, ice cube (or frozen skim milk or soy milk cubes), bee pollen (my own addition, with thanks to rita litre for getting me back into the habit! i use cc pollen) (optional), cinnamon (optional, penzeys has several wonderful varieties )

mango nectar (such as goya), vanilla ice cream or 1/2 cup soy ice cream, ice cubes

low-fat milk (or whatever kind of milk you prefer), mangoes (fresh or frozen in chunks ), frozen orange-peach-mango juice concentrate (or frozen fruit-mango concentrate), handful of crushed ice (about 4 ice cubes), almond extract, optional but recommended

apple juice, coconut, grated, banana, gingerroot, fresh,peeled,grated, crushed ice or 2 small ice cubes

orange juice, pineapple juice, banana, grated fresh gingerroot, crushed ice or 2 small ice cubes

low-fat milk, vanilla yogurt (nonfat is great !), peaches, sliced, frozen or fresh, handful of crushed ice (about 4 ice cubes)

ripe banana, water or 8 -10 oz milk, unsweetened powdered baking cocoa (if you prefer your chocolate less dark, reduce to 1-2 tsp, or substitute carob if desired), ice , as desired (crushed works best)
