red seedless grapes (more or less if you want), strawberries (halved and hulled ), ice cubes, plainfat-free yogurt (any flavor , soy yogurt for vegans), flax seed (optional), sunflower oil (optional), fuji apples (6 oz = 1 medium sized apple)
strawberries (i use frozen ones ), banana, plainfat-free yogurt, low-fat milk, splenda sugar substitute (depending on preferred sweetness), ice cube (if you don tsp use frozen strawberries)
whole milk (kids need their fats), whole banana, peeled (hehe, obvious), honey or 1 tbsp sugar or 1 tbsp other artificial sweetener, plainyogurt or 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt, frozen cauliflower (i use this in almost all of the smoothies now), frozen spinach, frozen strawberries or 1/4 cup blueberries or 1/4 cup pineapple or 1/4 cup mixed fruit, kale, frozen peas and carrot
low-fat milk, nonfat plainyogurt (i like to used trader joes organic, it is creamy), low fat cottage cheese, banana, frozen blueberries (i use fozen because it makes it nice and cold!)
