Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place potatoes, carrots and onions in a large saucepan.
  2. Add water and bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for 10-12 minutes or until tender.
  4. Add milk and peas.
  5. Simmer 4-5 minutes.
  6. Add clams, shrimp and crab.
  7. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve garnished with chives and croutons.
