Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sauté seafood and shallots in 3 tablespoons butter and seafood seasoning.
  2. Cook 5 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup chicken broth,salt and pepper.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Sauté mushrooms in 1 tablespoon of butter.
  6. Add to seafood.
  7. In another pan melt the remaining butter and add flour to make paste.
  8. Add milk, chicken broth, Emeril's Essence and tomato paste stir until smooth.
  9. Combine sauce and seafood mixture and place in a casserole or individual ramekins.
  10. Bake at 400F degrees for 30 minutes.
