Ingredients:

  • about 11 oz all-purpose flour
  • about 5 oz sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • about 3 oz butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix all ingredients. Pour milk into the mix little by little until you have a dough, (a little stiff, not dry). Lightly flour your hands and roll the dough into little balls. Bake for about 12 minutes. Serve immediately.
  3. It can be served plain, with butter or jam.
