Ingredients:

  • 4 cups almond meal
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Cover tray with baking paper.
  2. Spread mix over tray.
  3. Bake at 180 C (350 F) until just golden brown, (It will be too soft at this stage but will harden out of the oven.).
  4. Cool on rack.
