Directions:

  1. Spray a slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Place potatoes, onion, mushroom soup and vaporated skim milk into slow cooker.
  3. Stir in cheddar cheese, pimiento and black pepper.
  4. Cover and cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours.
  5. Mix gently before serving.
