Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Saute onion and garlic on medium high heat until transparent.
  3. Combine milk, salt, pepper, and flour, then add to onion/garlic in pan. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes.
  4. Add 1 cup of cheese, stir until melted.
  5. Mix in potatoes and pour into 13x9 pan coated with cooking spray.
  6. Cover with foil, bake 45 minutes. Remove foil, bake an additional 30 minutes.
