Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a 2 quart baking dish, put a layer of coarsely crushed crackers.
  2. Then add a layer of oysters.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Top with a layer of crushed crackers.
  5. Dot the top layer with butter.
  6. Pour cold milk on top.
  7. Make sure oysters aren't at the edge of the dish and loosen crackers from the side of the dish.
  8. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
