Sauteed Snow Peas

Ingredients:

  • 1 pint snow peas
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Directions:

  1. Heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat and add snow peas.
  2. Mix vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger together and add to snow peas. Coat peas.
  3. Transfer to serving dish and toss with sesame oil.
