  1. In a skillet, saute coleslaw mix and carrots in butter until tender.
  2. Add water and bring to a boil.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients and return to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat, cover and cook, for 8 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
