Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut off ends of loaf;set aside.
  2. Hollow out loaf with a long serrated knife,leaving a 1/2 in.
  3. Shell.
  4. Process bread removed from inside loaf in a food processor to make bread crumbs.
  5. Cook sausage,beef,onion in a large skillet until meat is browned,stirring until it crumbles;Drain.
  6. Stir in 1 cup breadcrumbs,cheese,and next 6 ingredients.
  7. Spoon into shell,replace loaf ends,securing with wooden toothpicks.
  8. Melt butter in saucepan.
  9. Add garlic;cook 1 min.
  10. Brush garlic butter over loaf.
  11. Wrap loaf in foil,leaving top open slightly;place on a baking sheet.
  12. Bake at 400 for 25 min.
  13. Cut into 4 pieces.
