Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Butter shallow pan
  3. Saut'e the sausage and onions in a skillet over medium heat, breaking up the meat until rawness disappears.
  4. Core the apples, making a hole about 1 1/4 inches in diameter and cut them in half horizontally.
  5. Place them in the pan and stuff firmly with the sausage.
  6. Sprinkle on the brown sugar and bake for about 40 minutes, or until the apples are tender.
  7. Serve with Maple Syrup
