Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown sausage and onion in oil for about 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in potatoes, sauce mix and 2 1/2 cups hot water.
  3. Heat to boiling then reduce heat and simmer, covered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add frozen vegetables, simmer until vegetables are tender.
