Sausage & Egg Casserole

  1. Brown sausage and spray 9 x 13 pan with non-stick cooking spray. Put croutons on bottom of pan. Put sausage over croutons.
  2. Mix eggs, 2 1/2 cups of milk and cheese and pour that over sausage and croutons. Refrigerate overnight covered.
  3. Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes.
  4. Mix the cream of mushroom soup and milk together and pour over top. Bake an additional 15 minutes.
