Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Butter a lasagna dish.
  3. Spread cheese in bottom of dish reserving 1/2 cup to sprinkle on top.
  4. Brown sausage and set aside.
  5. Beat eggs well then stir in milk, salt, sugar, pepper and flour.
  6. Gently stir in sausage.
  7. Pour mixture over cheese in lasagna dish and cook for 35 minutes.
  8. During the last 5 minutes of cooking sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
