Sausage Egg And Cheese Biscuit Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. PREHEAT:oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray a 9X9 inch square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray;set aside.
  3. In a large non-stick skillet,cook sausage over n=medium-high heat,stirring occasionally,until sausage is browned and crumbly,drain well on paper towels.
  4. Cool.
  5. Sprinkle sausage and cheeses into prepared dish.
  6. In a medium bowl,whisk together eggs,cream,thyme garlic,salt,and pepper.
  7. Pour over sausage mixture.
  8. Arrange biscuits evenly on top.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes,or until biscuits are golden brown;
  10. Cover with aluminum foil,and bake 15 minutes longer.
  11. Let stand for 15 minutes before standing.
  12. Garnish with fresh thyme if desired.
