Sausage Cartwheels Pasta

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice sausage into 1/4-inch thick.
  2. Put olive oil and chopped garlic in a skillet and turn heat to medium until garlic turns light brown.
  3. Add sliced sausages.
  4. Stir occasionally to cook evenly until brown for about 15 minutes.
  5. Add tomatoes and cook uncovered, stirring occasionally.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  7. Add cream and turn heat back to medium.
  8. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes stirring frequently until cream is reduced.
  9. Add salt and a liberal grinding of pepper.
  10. Turn off the heat and stir in chopped parsley.
  11. Cook pasta according to the directions on the package.
  12. When tender, but firm to bite, drain and toss immediately with sauce.
  13. Serve at once with freshly grated cheese.
  14. NOTE: The sauce may be prepared before the pasta.
  15. It can be reheated when pasta is almost cooked.
