Ingredients:

  • 1 lb sausage
  • 3 cups bisquick

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together (I usually just knead the mixture with my hands until all of the bisquick is absorbed into the sausage and cheese.)
  2. Roll into small balls
  3. Bake on cookie sheet at 350F, 10-15 minutes (the bottoms of the balls should be toasted brown)
