Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, brown sausage, remove from fat.
  3. Cook onions, pepper, and ground beef until meat is done.
  4. Add parsley, salt, tomato juice, cream of mushrooom soup, and worcestershire sauce.
  5. Mix in noodles and cook on 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  6. Put cheese on top and bake for 5 additional minutes.
