Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. *because i already had my taco seasoning, change the amount of seasonings according to your taste*.
  2. Heat oil in pan.
  3. Add cooked beef, green pepper, onion and spices.
  4. If using home canned tomatoes, cut into smaller, bite-sized pieces. (i used my hand mixer inside the jar) add tomatoes into a pot with the beef broth.
  5. Add beef mixture.
  6. Cut tortillas in small rectangular pieces (about 1 x2 ) and add to soup.
  7. Add cheese and sour cream.
