Ingredients:

  • 1/2 inch gingerroot, peeled and sliced into thin strips
  • 10 dried birds eye chiles, roughly broken or 6 fresh serranos, roughly chopped

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients together and keep in the refrigerator until ready to use. It gets stronger with age.
