Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine crab meat(mine was really not lump type, it was pretty shredded , but it worked great), mayo, the juice from about 1/4 of the lemon, hot sauce and a lil salt and pepper.
  2. Mix well and set aside.
  3. Sprinkle a lil more lemon juice over the avocado slices, if desired to help prevent browning.
  4. Make sammiches by heaping the crab salad on the sliced rolls and topping it with sliced avocado and cucumber.
  5. Spread a thin layer of wasabi over top roll.
