Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pepper steak.
  2. Coat entire steak thickly with mustard.
  3. Coat entire steak thickly with salt.
  4. Place steak in brown paper bag.
  5. Place steak, bag and all on a 650 degree or hotter charcoal grill.
  6. Turn when bag begins to burn.
  7. Cook for 30-45 munutes.
  8. Remove from grill.
  9. Mustard salt coating will have become a crust- remove this crust.
  10. Slice thinly for sandwiches.
