Ingredients:

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 1/2 large lime
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 large jalepeno (deseeded to taste)
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Chop tomatoes, jalepeno, onions and cilantro up by hand into small pieces. Mix together in a bowl.
  2. Add salt, olive oil and lime juice. Mix throughouly and chill in the refridgerator for about an hour.
  3. Remix before serving.
