Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain.
  2. Add tomato and green pepper to macaroni.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  4. In med saucepan, sauté onion in butter until translucent.
  5. Stir in flour, pepper and garlic to taste.
  6. Add milk and salsa.
  7. Add cheese and stir until melted.
  8. Add cheese mixture to pasta and veggies, stir to evenly coat.
  9. Pour into a 9x13in pan.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  11. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
