Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup cream sherrt
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup soysauce

Directions:

  1. Marinate salmon filets in the above for 30 minutes in a plastic bag in refrigerator/ Prepare grill with cooking sprat. Reserve marinade. Baste frequently while cooking. Cook 5 minutes on each side or until the fish flakes easily
