Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup molasses
  • 3/4 cup sorghum
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup lard
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp cardamom
  • 1 tsp anise
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp clove
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 5 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions:

  1. See lol
  2. Make dough stiff to roll out the next morning.
  3. Cut oblong but not too large.
  4. Bake in moderate oven 15 minutes or so 375 degrees .
  5. When coo,l frost with white almond bark.
  6. Dough keeps 2 weeks in fridge.
