Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Thoroughly mix beef, 1 pkg soup mix,bread crumbs and egg.
  2. Shape firmly into patties about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Brown in skillet.
  4. Mix remaining pkg soup mix and flour in the water, pour over the patties.
  5. Add mushrooms (if desired).
  6. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
  7. Stir occasionally.
