Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Thaw the 2 sheets of pastry dough according to directions.
  2. Roll out each piece of dough on a floured board into 10 x 12 inch rectangle.
  3. Place equal amounts of mozzarella, salame slices, olives, parmesan and basil on each sheet, leaving 1 inch border around edge.
  4. Roll each sheet starting at the long end, making sure the filling stays inside.
  5. Seal long edge with water and pinch together.
  6. Cut each pinwheel into half inch slices with a very sharp knife and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown.
  8. Makes about 32 pieces.
