Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup unpared cucumber, sliced paper thin

Directions:

  1. Mix vinegar, water, salt, pepper and sugar together.
  2. Stir in vegetables.
  3. Refrigerate 1-2 hours.
  4. Drain well, and serve on hamburgers.
