Sage And Cranberry Crab Cakes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 1/2 tea sage
  • 1/4 tea blk pepper course
  • 4 tbsp buttered divided in 1/4
  • 1/4 cuo onion diced fine

Directions:

  1. [1] mix mayo cranberries,and spices in a small bowl mix set aside
  2. [2] melt 1 tbl butter,in a small skillet on medium heat, add celery,
  3. Onion.cook,and stir 5 minutesor until tender cool
  4. [3] gently mix crabmeat and cornbread in a large bowl add egg.
  5. Mayo ,celery mixture. toss to coat well.
  6. Shape into 24 small crab cakes frigerate for 15 -20 minutes
  7. [4] melt remaining butter-in a large skillet on med heat.
  8. Add crab cakes, cook about 6 minutes or until golden brown
  9. Turning once
