Russian Tea Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 cups butter or 2 cups margarine
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2-2 cups fine chopped walnuts

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together, then form into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  2. Bake at 400 for 8 minutes or until you see 1-2 cracks do not wait until brown.
  3. While still warm roll cookies in powdered sugar and set aside.
