Rumpledoodles Aka Heffalump Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp molasses

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease 2-3 cookie sheets.
  3. Mix oats, sugar, flour, coconut, raisins, cinnamon, baking soda and salt in large bowl.
  4. Melt butter in microwave in a small bowl.
  5. Add molasses and boiling water to the butter.
  6. Pour butter mixture into the flour mixture, stir well.
  7. Drop by teaspoons onto cookie sheets.
  8. Bake 12-15 minutes.
  9. Allow to cool or eat warm with your favorite Heffalump!
