Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp rum
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients, except brown sugar. Beat for 1/2 minute.
  2. Fill 12 greased medium muffin cups 2/3 full.
  3. Sprinkle tops with brown sugar.
  4. Bake 15 minutes in a 400 degree oven.
  5. Serve warm.
