Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz light rum
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 or 4 ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Combine rum, vanilla, bitters, sugar, and milk in a cocktail shaker. Grate a little nutmeg on top and add ice. Shake vigorously and pour into a 10-ounce highball glass.
