Rudius T. Pudius's Pecan Fluff Pie

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 cup white sugar
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup oleo
  • 2 1/2 tbsp flour
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 9 inches pie crusts

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Melt oleo.
  3. Mix all ingredients, except for the pecans together.
  4. Place of pecan halves into pie crust.
  5. Pour mixture into pie crust over top of pecans (they will float up during baking).
  6. Bake for about 10-15 minutes at 375.
  7. Set to 350 and bake until pie is set and pastry is browned.
