Root Beer Popcorn

Ingredients:

  • 6 quarts popped corn
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • nuts (optional)

Directions:

  1. Bring first 6 ingredients barely to a boil. Remove from heat. Add last 2 ingredients & stir.
  2. Pour over popped corn & mix well.
  3. Bake 250º for one hour; stirring every 15 minute.
