Ingredients:

  • 1 cup celery , slices
  • 1/3 cup green onion , slices
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 (6 1/2 oz) cans tuna, drained, flaked

Directions:

  1. Sauté celery and onion in butter.
  2. Blend in flour and salt.
  3. Gradually add milk; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  4. Add tuna and cheese; stir until cheese is melted.
