  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  2. Chop potatos, put in big bowl, toss with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
  3. Spray non-stick to cookiesheet, add potatos to the sheet (cut side down) and bake on the lowest rack in the oven for 20-30 minutes
