Roasted Pumpkin and Sweet Potato

Ingredients:

  • 500 g pumpkin
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees celcius.
  2. Cut vegetables into bite size pieces.
  3. Place in baking dish and toss through remaining ingredients.
  4. Roast in oven approximately 40 minutes.
