  1. Preheat oven to 350 then spray shallow baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Arrange potato wedges in prepared pan then combine oil, garlic, rosemary and salt in small bowl.
  3. Brush potatoes with oil mixture then bake 1 hour basting with oil from pan every 15 minutes.
