Directions:

  1. Peel and cut pototates into small cubes.
  2. Mix next 4 ingredients.
  3. Cook potatoes in microwave for 3 minutes.
  4. Pour marinade over potatoes.
  5. Marinade for 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes.
  6. Roast in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 - 30 minutes.
