Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450
  2. Cover a baking sheet with foil
  3. Spread the green beens on the baking sheet
  4. Pour on the olive oil
  5. Use your hands to toss the beans and spread the olive oil
  6. Salt and pepper
  7. Roast the green beans in the oven for 10 minutes
  8. Toss with tongs and cook another 5-10 minutes
  9. Remove when beans start to shrivel and get brown on the ends
