Directions:

  1. In a blender or food processor bowl combine the ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, orange juice and vanilla.
  2. Cover and blend or process till smooth.
  3. Stir into the yogurt.
  4. If desired, cover and chill up to 24 hours.
  5. Serve with assorted fruit.
